The first step towards eliminating stress is taking a break to reconnect with Yourself and reconnect to your body. The best method is to take a break and breathe. That act alone reconnects you to your body and helps re-Mind you where you are and what you are doing. This mindful act, the act of taking a conscious deep breath reduces stress that might be coming from the work environment or stress coming from the work activity itself. Reconnection through breath does so many things: It reminds you that you are alive, it reminds you where you are and what you are doing. Good to check in with your circumstances and yourself a few times a day. We recommend using our Relaxation app to schedule a breathing break in the middle of your morning and in the middle of your afternoon. Schedule these deep breathing techniques into your day, week and month and tune back into the moment. Centre yourself more than once a day with our custom alarms. Think clearer, prioritize better and sleep better through listening to Binaural Beat Music and doing one minute of deep breathing. Relax into being present, in the moment and reduce the mental noise that leads absolutely nowhere. You will work better, think better and sleep better by eliminating revolving thoughts that do not serve you. Most mind chatter does not change outcome. We recommend using the Breathing Techniques as a method of focus and a method of relaxation. Deep conscious breathing is the quickest way to calm down in stressful situations and a great way to help with insomnia. The 3-5-7 will help you fall asleep! Consider the breathing technique a substitute to counting sheep!
For those of you who are meditating, we have included a Meditation Timer that can be set for a daily practice. There are presets for One minute to 30 minutes and then a Custom Timer to suite your needs.
The Breathing Techniques section of the Relaxation App also has a monthly calendar, where you can schedule in daily reminders for whichever way you want to use in Relaxation One.

Relaxation One has so many beautiful relaxation sounds and tracks.
The first is a library of pleasant sounds; like Tibetan bells and various sounds for waking up to or using with the timers in the App. Use the alarm to wake up in the morning or to set a specific time for a project... or a nap!
The second category has high quality relaxation recordings using advanced Binaural Beats, Isochronic Tones and brainwave entrainment music. These are recordings that have a beneficial effect on the brain, whether they are used for relaxation, for covering up bothersome work environmental noise or to help you fall aleep.
The third category is called Good Vibrations. These are a variety of long soundtracks designed to help relax, without the specific use of brain entrainment frequencies.
